Data Processing Addendum

For Enterprise customers, we offer a signed Data Processing Addendum. You can download our standard DPA below or contact sales for a custom agreement.

1. Scope and Applicability

This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") applies to the Processing of Personal Data by PMVibe ("Processor") on behalf of the Customer ("Controller") in the course of providing the Service.

2. Processing of Data

The Processor shall process Personal Data only on documented instructions from the Controller, unless required to do so by Union or Member State law.

3. Subprocessors

The Controller authorizes the Processor to engage specific Subprocessors to aid in the delivery of services. A full list of Subprocessors is available in our Trust Center.

4. Security Measures

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard protocols (AES-256, TLS 1.3). We maintain strict access controls and conduct regular security audits.
